Manufacturing quality products for the aerospace, automotive, medical, communication and commercial industries worldwide for over 60 years
We manufacture specialty tool products for aerospace, automotive, medical and commercial industries worldwide
Machining is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process.
Metal formed by an industrial process into thin, flat pieces. One of the fundamental forms in metalworking and can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes.
A fabrication or sculptural process joining materials by causing fusion. Distinct from lower temperature joining techniques such as brazing and soldering.
Other Manufacturing Services
Process to permanently mark parts with product information including serial numbers, part numbers, date codes, and barcodes. This is done to allow the tracking of parts through the full life cycle.
We offer part packaging services for bulk shipments
Technology using a laser to cut materials for industrial manufacturing applications and works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics.
Used to join pieces of metal or thermoplastics through the use of a laser. The beam provides a concentrated heat source, allowing for narrow, deep welds and high welding rates.
Process that joins metals by heating them with an arc between a tungsten electrode and the work piece. The process is used with a shielding gas and may be used with the addition of filler metal.
Processes such as spot and seam welding that produce coalescence of faying surfaces where heat to form the weld is generated by the electrical resistance of material combined with the time and the force used to hold materials together.
DID YOU KNOW?
Allied Tool & Die Company was the first manufacturer in Arizona to utilize Laser Machining
We have continued that philosophy of industry leadership by maintaining a rigorous commitment to new and expanding technologies in tool and die manufacturing and was recently the first manufacturer west of the Mississippi to purchase a Kitamura Supercell-300G 5-Axis 20 pallet Horizontal Machining Center.
A machine that changes the size or shape of a piece of material, usually sheet metal, by applying pressure to a die in which the workpiece is held. The form and construction of the die determine the shape produced.
A type of punch press used for metal forming by punching. Uses a large number of standard punch tools: holes of varying sizes, straight edges, commonly-used notches or mounting holes.
Used for bending sheet metal and plate material. It forms predetermined bends by clamping the work piece between a matching punch and die.
Deep Draw Form
A sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. The process is considered “deep” drawing when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter.
